Refund Policy

Helply offers a 30-day refund period for paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your paid Helply subscription, you may request a refund within 30 days of your original paid order date.
Free trial
Helply plans may include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel during the free trial before your first paid charge. A free trial does not need a refund because no payment is taken during the trial period.
Refund eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original paid subscription order.
- The 30-day refund period applies to the first paid order for a Helply subscription.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method when approved.
- After the refund period, cancelling your subscription stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How to request a refund
Payments, billing support and refund processing are handled by Paddle, Helply's Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout to manage your order.
- Or email support@helply.app and Helply will help route your request.
Processing time
Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your Helply account or through Paddle's buyer support tools. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund previous paid periods unless the request is eligible under this Refund Policy.
