Refund Policy

Helply offers a 30-day refund period for paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your paid Helply subscription, you may request a refund within 30 days of your original paid order date.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original paid subscription order.
  • The 30-day refund period applies to the first paid order for a Helply subscription.
  • After the refund period, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How to request a refund

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, Helply's Merchant of Record. Visit paddle.net using the email address from checkout, or email support@helply.app for help.

Processing time

Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
