Privacy Notice

Helply is the seller and data controller for personal data collected through the Helply website, account dashboard, chatbot widget and support services.

Data collected

• Account details such as name, business name, email, login details and plan information.
• Business content such as FAQs, website pages, PDFs, documents, spreadsheets and chatbot instructions.
• Conversation data such as chatbot transcripts, lead details, appointment requests and support messages.
• Usage, device and security data such as IP address, browser, timestamps, cookies, error logs and approximate location.

Use and sharing

We use personal data to provide, secure, support and improve Helply, including chatbot responses, lead capture, appointment booking, account management and service communications. We share data with trusted providers for hosting, database, analytics, email, AI processing and security. Paddle receives buyer, billing and transaction data as Merchant of Record for payment, tax, invoice, subscription and refund handling.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent where applicable by emailing privacy@helply.app.
